Each flag reports that regulators monitor a food category for a contaminant. None of them is a claim about the specific product in your hand — no consumer app has tested it.

Short answer

Olive Detective raises 16 category-level contaminant flags, each anchored to an FDA monitoring programme or advisory: inorganic arsenic in rice, methylmercury in large predatory fish, cadmium and lead in cocoa, heavy metals in infant food, acrylamide in fried and roasted foods, and PFAS in grease-resistant packaging among them. Every flag is capped at a caution in the score.
